Drip Ikon Exchange Policy
- At Drip Ikon, we prioritize smooth and transparent exchanges. We offer free exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds. Customers can exchange products for a different size or design within the same price range one time only. Size exchange is completely free of charge. However, for any design exchanges (where permitted), customers must bear the shipping costs.
- Please note that design exchanges are not allowed for hoodies—only size exchanges are permitted.
- All items purchased at ₹899 or below and bundle orders priced at ₹1199 or below, during sales such as Black Friday Sales, Diwali Sales, or any clearance events, are not eligible for exchange or return.
- To initiate any exchange, customers must contact us via our Customer Support number or email at 9054518252, dripikon.di@gmail.com, within 2 days of delivery. Exchange requests made after this time frame will not be processed.
- For replacements due to misprints, damage, defects, or items lost in transit, customers must provide a video of the issue via email (dripikon.di@gmail.com). Upon verification, we will offer either a free replacement or a 100% coupon code equal to the order value. Direct monetary refunds are not available.
- To ensure quality, all items sent for exchange must be in unused, unworn condition. Items failing to meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the customer. We do not accept exchanges or returns for mystery products, clearance zone items, sale items, gift cards, or free promotional products.
- Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. If a prepaid order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), we will reship it at no additional cost. However, if the customer fails to accept the order a second time, no further reshipping or refunds will be provided.
